December SIS Book Club ” Whistler” by Ann Patchett

Our next read  is Shonnas choice.

When 53-year-old Daphne Fuller runs into her former stepfather, Eddie, at the Met, a brief childhood bond from decades ago comes rushing back. Far from a horse book (though a faithful horse named Whistler is at the heart of it all), Ann Patchett’s tender, deeply reflective novel explores memory, unexpected reconnections, the small moments that define us, and the people who stay with us forever.

We ll meet in SpongeCookies Cafe, Kocksgatan 19 on 15/12 from 18.00-19.30.
