The
Embassy of Ireland in Stockholm works to promote and protect Irish
interests in Sweden by promoting our economic interests and
strengthening the political and cultural ties between our two countries.
They also provide consular assistance to Irish citizens in difficulty
in Sweden.
The Embassy's address is Hovslagargatan 5, close to Kungsträdgården tunnelbana station.

Passports
Online applications are processed by the Passport Service in Ireland.
Passport Online is open to all applicants, including children, renewing their passports and those applying for their first passport who are resident in Ireland, UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland. If you are in Sweden and in need of a passport urgently, please email the Embassy here laying out your situation.
Registration while overseas
If
you are a citizen of Ireland you can register your contact details
while you are overseas with the Department of Foreign Affairs.
This
makes it easier for the Embassy to contact you and provide assistance
in the event of an unforeseen crisis or family emergency.
