Gothenburg's St Patrick's Day Parade

St Patrick is coming to the West Coast!
Get ready to experience a touch of the Emerald Isle in Gothenburg! The city will host its inaugural St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 15th, 2025, promising a vibrant celebration of Irish culture.

This special event will not only showcase the rich traditions of Ireland, including lively music, captivating Irish dance performances, and a festive atmosphere, but will also highlight the contributions of the new generation of Irish who have made Sweden their home.

Bringing the spirit of St. Patrick's Day to Gothenburg, will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Irish culture and strengthen the ties between Ireland and Sweden.

The parade will also commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Swedish Irish Society, recognizing its significant role in fostering international friendship and cultural exchange for many years.
