Instructions to make booking, paying and check-in go as smoothly as possible:

• Please provide the names for all ticket holders. If you are booking on someone else's behalf please remember to change your name to theirs.
  
• Please write "Play" and the invoice number you receive by email in the message when paying. E.g. "Play 1234". Nothing else is needed.
  
• If you need a mix of ticket types, e.g. member and regular, or pensioner and regular etc, please make separate bookings. It's fine to combine to a single payment. E.g. "Play 1234, 1235".
