Swedish-Irish Family Day 2021

OBS! Date changed to 4/9 due to bad weather!

We’ve been longing to organise our traditional Family Day for our members so old friends can meet and new friends can connect. So, book Saturday 4/9 in your calendars. 

Bring a blanket, your own food & drinks and enjoy a fun day with family & friends. It's a great way to catch up with other members, plus a nice chance for Swedish-Irish kids to meet.

This year we will be meeting in Hagaparken. We can use Ekotemplet in case of rain or intense heat, along with everybody else (allemansrätt). No tents of any kind are allowed. 

Grills are allowed. However, a fire ban can be imposed if the fire risk is high due to drought. We will let you know a couple of days ahead of the event whether we will be able to use grills or not. If yes, we will provide the grills, so please let us know if you intend to use one. 

If you plan to attend, please let us know (including children and guests) so we can get an idea of how many we will be. Also, due to the ongoing pandemic, please note that this event is subject to last minute cancellation if public health guidelines change. 

This event is not restricted to members, all are welcome. So come along and join the fun!
