Bernard Farrell's comedy "Canaries".
Canaries is a comedy about an eventful holiday in the Canary Islands. Tommy and Marie meet up with Jane, Richard and their gang. A whole lot of drinking, deception and amusing incidents follow and Tommy and Marie end up having a holiday that they will never forget – but not necessarily for the right reasons!
First performed on stage at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin in October 1980. Since then it’s been a great hit with audiences around the world. Bernard Farrell's works have been described as "cleverly shaped with a keen sense of absurdity".
